✅ We will send you a preview for your approval before production — please check carefully!
❌ Once approved and produced, personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

🔄 Redo: Each customer has one free remake opportunity (after approval)

💸 Refund: Refund or remake for damaged/wrong items. (Minor color or detail differences are normal for handmade, personalised items and not refundable.)

📦 Return: Returns aren’t accepted for personal preference or minor differences. If you return your item to help with our promotion, we’ll repair or remake it free of charge.

• If no agreement is reached at this stage, you may apply for a 90% refund.
3️⃣ Once confirmed, production begins. No further changes or refunds. Each item is custom-made with care.
4️⃣ Once completed, the figurine will be shipped via Yun Express ✈️. Shipping Policy. with tracking provided.
