2️⃣ After receiving a suitable photo, our artist will begin building the 3D model. We will provide a preview image for your confirmation.
If you decide to cancel the order after the model is created but before printing, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

3️⃣ After confirmation, production will proceed — no further changes will be accepted.Each item is custom-made with care. 
4️⃣ Once completed, the figurine will be shipped via Yun Express ✈️. Shipping Policy. Tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your package online.

5️⃣ Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully, including checking the packaging for damage. If there are any issues, take photos of the packaging and label for follow-up. If all is good, we’d appreciate a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!
