Welcome to Intimate Online Shop. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. General Conditions

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.


2. Products & Customization

Each item available on our store is custom-made to order. Production and processing times are clearly stated on each product page and may vary depending on the item.

Please ensure that all personalization details (such as names, dates, engravings, or design choices) are correct at the time of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.


3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.


4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders directly from China via SF Express.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders over USD $200 are automatically upgraded to Expedited Shipping at no extra cost.

⚠️ Please note: Processing times vary depending on the item and are stated on each product page. Delivery estimates exclude production time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. All orders include a tracking number for real-time updates.


5. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is personalized and custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has started.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The item differs significantly from what was ordered.

To request a refund for damaged or defective goods, you must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the defect (showing that the damage was not caused by misuse).

  3. Include your order number in your email.

Once verified, we will process a full refund within 3 business days. You do not need to return the item.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • All personalized or custom-made products (except in cases of damage or defect).

  • Gift cards.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure product quality and accuracy of customization. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.


9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
