🔁 Redo (One-Time Assurance)
Each customer account is eligible for one free redo if small details need adjustment.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or clear information.
💸 Refund (For Major Issues)
If we made a significant mistake (wrong design, text, or damaged parts), you can choose:
• A free remake
• A full refund
Report within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
🔄 Return
Custom-made items cannot be returned.
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
