All orders are shipped directly from China.

Standard Shipping (included with all orders): Estimated delivery time 6–12 business days to the U.S. after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping:

• First-time customers are eligible for a one-time free upgrade from Standard → Expedited Shipping. This offer is automatically applied—no action is required. Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days.

• Existing customers may still choose to pay for an Expedited upgrade at checkout. For special products, please refer to the "Extra Services" product page for the shipping fee item.

Processing Time

As all items are personalized and custom-made, production time may vary. The estimated production time for each product is clearly stated on the respective product page. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.
