⚠️ Each DearMiniMe figurine is handcrafted from soft clay, so slight variations in color, shape, and facial details compared to the photo are normal. Soft clay handcrafts focus on charm, personality, and warmth rather than perfect likeness — while we capture the essence of your subject, it will not be an exact replica.

💡 As each piece is individually sculpted by hand, please understand that subtle differences are part of its unique character. Once production begins, no change accepted please consider carefully before placing an order.

⏱️ Production/Shipping/Return

• 10 business days. Each revision adds 1 extra day
• 📦 Free standard air shipping (6-12 business days).🚀 Upgrade to express delivery (4–8 business days) is available via the Shipping Fee link.

🔄 Redo, Refund and Return Policy

✅ We will send you a preview for your approval before production — please check carefully!
❌ Once approved and produced, personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

🔄 Redo: Each customer has one free remake opportunity (after approval)

💸 Refund: Refund or remake for damaged/wrong items. (Minor color or detail differences are normal for handmade, personalised items and not refundable.)

📦 Return: Returns aren’t accepted for personal preference or minor differences. If you return your item to help with our promotion, we’ll repair or remake it free of charge.

📌 Suggested Customization Process:

1️⃣ After placing the order, please send your photo according to the guidelines.

2️⃣ Once the face is sculpted, you may request up to 5 minor adjustments (no photo changes). After finalizing the face, we will send written confirmation. If you choose to stop production at this stage, you will receive a 50% refund.

3️⃣ After confirmation, production will proceed — no further changes will be accepted. Each item is custom-made with care. 

4️⃣ Once completed, the figurine will be shipped via Yun Express ✈️. Shipping Policy. with tracking provided.

5️⃣ Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully, including checking the packaging for damage. If there are any issues, take photos of the packaging and label for follow-up. If all is good, we’d appreciate a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!
