⚠️ Each DearMiniMe figurine is handcrafted from soft clay, so slight variations in color, shape, and facial details compared to the photo are normal. Soft clay handcrafts focus on charm, personality, and warmth rather than perfect likeness — while we capture the essence of your subject, it will not be an exact replica.

💡 As each piece is individually sculpted by hand, please understand that subtle differences are part of its unique character. Once production begins, no refunds or returns will be allowed — please consider carefully before placing an order.

⏳ Production Time :

🛠️ 10 business days. Each revision adds 1 extra day.

✈️ Shipping :

📦 Free standand air shipping (6-12 days).

🚀 Upgrade to express delivery (4-8 business days) is available via the Extra Services page.

📌 Suggested Customization Process:

1️⃣ After placing the order, please send your photo according to the guidelines.

2️⃣ Once the face is sculpted, you may request up to 5 minor adjustments (no photo changes). After finalizing the face, we will send written confirmation. If you choose to stop production at this stage, you will receive a 50% refund.

3️⃣ After confirmation, production will proceed — no further changes or refunds will be accepted.
4️⃣ Once completed, the figurine will be shipped via Yun Express ✈️. Tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your package online.
5️⃣ Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully, including checking the packaging for damage. If there are any issues, take photos of the packaging and label for follow-up. If all is good, we’d appreciate a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!

A Fun and Impressive Graduation Figurine

I ordered a 22cm custom soft-clay figurine based on my son's university graduation photo, and the resemblance is about 80%, which is already quite impressive. They even made him look a bit more “ideal” in body shape—clearly slimmer than the real person! 😂

The face details, hairstyle and outfit match well, and the proportions look neat and clean. It feels sturdy and the colors are nicely painted.
