❌ Once approved and produced, personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

🔄 Redo: Each customer has one free remake opportunity (after approval)

💸 Refund: Refund or remake for damaged/wrong items. (Minor color or detail differences are normal for handmade, personalised items and not refundable.)

📦 Return: Returns aren’t accepted for personal preference or minor differences. If you return your item to help with our promotion, we’ll repair or remake it free of charge.

✨ Recommended length: up to 8 letters for best proportions.
⚠️ Longer names may look smaller, distorted, or may not be possible to produce. Please contact customer service if your name is long to confirm feasibility.
